Billing
How does billing work?
Billing is tenant-based. Each organization (tenant) subscribes to a plan and can add users under that plan. Additional seats can be purchased as needed.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes, new tenants start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin.
Features
Which social networks are supported?
At launch, Praisma Hub supports Facebook and LinkedIn. More integrations (Twitter/X, Instagram, Google Analytics) are on the roadmap.
Can I customize roles and permissions?
Yes. In addition to default roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer), administrators can define custom roles with fine-grained permissions.
