Praisma Hub integrates with leading social media platforms, allowing you to manage content, conversations, and analytics from a single workspace. This ensures consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all channels.
Supported Platforms

Connecting Accounts
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Select the platform you want to connect.
- Authenticate using OAuth (login and grant Praisma Hub permissions).
- Choose which pages, profiles, or accounts to connect.
- Save your settings to begin syncing.

All connected social accounts feed into the Unified Inbox. From here, you can reply to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms in one place, assign conversations, and apply workflows for escalation.
Security & Permissions
Access to integrations is governed by role-based permissions. Admins control who can connect new accounts and who can publish content or reply to messages.
Troubleshooting
- Expired tokens: Reconnect the account via OAuth if sync stops.
- Permission errors: Ensure the connecting user has admin rights on the platform.
- Missing features: Some integrations (Twitter/X, Instagram) are on the product roadmap.
Best Practices
- Connect only official company accounts to ensure compliance.
